Is there any warranty on the product?
There is no warranty. Our toys are made here in the US by toymakers who strive for perfection. They do not put a warranty on the toys. However, we belive in the quality of our products and guarantee products we sell on our site. Please feel free to call us should you have any problem with any toy you purchased from us. We will replace toys to make your child happy. If there is a need to return a product, please read our return policy.
How will my product be shipped?
Most orders will be shipped via UPS except for larger items which will be shipped via LTL Common Carrier. This will be noted in the product info. Smaller items may be shipped via USPS>
How long will it take to receive my order?
2-10 business days after you place your order.
Do you take international orders?
Unfortunately not at this time, just orders placed in the US. At this time, Alaska and Hawaii are not included.
